How cold was it? Well it was so cold I could feel it from head to toe. You would think with all the hot air in Ottawa, I would feel a little warmer. But no, the wind was whipping across that stage and my body started to shiver. Maybe I’m just getting old.
That was the scene last Wednesday at the Ottawa Solidarity Rally in front of the Peace tower of the Parliament Buildings. I co-chaired the event with Pierre Rheaume from Quebec.
